Thanks =D I'm sure it's an innocent mistake but in all cases I've sent multiple messages via different means so I'm utterly baffled. I think people are meaning to respond but keep putting it off. I've just never had it happen with 4 customers at a time before! *baffled* 'tis the busy season though.

well maybe some family things came up, or their net was shut off, it could be many different things that life just throws at you, but its good that you keep track of the comissions you have it means you're doing all you can.
