How do I deal with my crazies? Alcohol, bad food, staying up all night, sleeping all day, and generally self destructive behavior. I need a better outlet for mine. Oh, lots and lots of self doubt hand hating on ones self :P In the end though, I think most of my problems are self-feeding. Gotta break the cycle :P

One of my better outlets is to watch absolutely horrible and funny youtube videos, and then go draw, clean guns, or go for a walk. soemthing to keep my hands or feet occupied.

Heck I just took a break today and repaired my steampunk headphones, now I can go work on more brass

listening to euro metal helps me alot too. I tend to prefer music that isnt happy most of the time.

If i'm listening to Canadian folk music though... i've had a bad day :p

well take a bit and play mind numbing violent games something with explosions, the listen to music with no lyrics while doing something like biking, mowing lawn or driving. That will jump start you. Like fixing a muscle with an icy bath and then into a hot soothing bath.

I sleep.

If I'm ever cranky, irritable, or stressed, it's because I haven't gotten enough sleep. If I'm well-rested, my problems don't get to me.

I'm going through the saaaaaaaaaaaame thing. Must be November or something... I've just been going to school, making up errands to run, and hiding in my room playing Morrowind

I play guitar, draw, go out for a drive or walk, or think about pathfinder stuff when I need to destress. ^^
