I watched a documentary on it just now. Shit is so horrible, I can't believe it's still used in US prisons. I cried for them... Like, it's fucked up and should be illegal. I think it's 100% torture and doesn't help inmates at all. They need therapy, not to be cut off from all human contact, locked in a fucking box and treated like an animal.

I'm all sad and shit now. I have the urge to go HUG INMATES WTF? Thats how sad it was. I just wanted to cuddle them and tell them "It's okay, you never have to be alone again". Shit needs to be stopped.
