What does being a good friend mean to you?

I'm just curious, maybe I've set my standards too high for myself, but I feel like I've been a terrible friend to a lot of people as of late...
I set abnormally high standards myself (but I often hide it), so I doubt you're a "terrible friend" by any means.
I guess it's similar to the comment above, a special sort of trust where they can tell me anything and they'll listen to me in return. At least that's all I've ever asked.
You, for example, are unknown to me. I harbor no ill will against you, but nor would I call you a friend.
