I know...I know...it looks like it has been foiled this time, but you know they will try again. This wasn't even the first time such legislation has been introduced. so for those who may be on the fence, or just want a more clear presentation of what this would mean, take a look at this blog that

I literally don't care how much censorship there is or isn't, if it has ANY at all, then it needs to die in a fiery grave.
If I can recall, Principal Skinner kicked the asses of that lawyer's goons...
LAWYER:: Principal Skinner, "The Happiest Place on Earth" is a registered Disneyland copyright.
PRINCIPAL SKINNER: Oh now, gentlemen, it's just a small school carnival.
LAWYER: And it's heading for a great big lawsuit. You made a big mistake, Skinner.
PRINCIPAL SKINNER: Well, so did you... You got an ex-Green Beret mad!
(Skinner proceeds to lay down a serious ass-kicking to the Lawyer's goons.)
PRINCIPAL SKINNER: Copyright expired.
You basically get the idea about this, folks. And fight we must.
