Just got back from Gobble-con 2011 today, and had a lot of fun. Unfortunately, due to douche-baggery on the part of hotel staff, and a lackluster turn out, this local for-fans by-fans convention is dying. It looks doubtful there'll be another year, unless those of us that enjoy smaller cons step up and do something.
