This is what gesture drawings are for. They are quick and dirty sketches for the sole purpose of getting an idea out of your head for preservation. Do one for each idea as quickly as possible. Draw them on note cards, napkins, your palm, in your phone- anywhere they will be safe for future expansion. If you don't have the facilities to draw, write down the idea with as much detail as you can. And remember to treat them as an all-or-nothing situation; Use it, or lose it.

The gesture drawing is a good idea, and I've been actively attempting to carry a small sketchpad around with me. So
this combination should alleviate my situation.

Someone recently got me this awesome sketchbook from http://www.nekoheavyindustries.com/ made from a neato Hello Kitty DVD cover. (Well, it's more like a plastic divider with the DVD cover printed on it like at a rental place actually...)

Anyways, I looked around, and I hear they make sketchbooks in sizes all the way from big hardcovers to the size of a standard gift card. (The big hardcover ones are ring bound, the DVD-cover/postcard/giftcard ones are spiral bound.

Just thought this stuff might be useful information. ^_^

Lol, that actually was never my fault. The computer downstairs has so many people around it all the time that I could
only do it in spurts. Coloring would have taken SO MUCH TIME.

That would be ridiculously annoying to color. No original layers? No transparency between the white backround and lineart?

Also, file size isn't as big.

I can try to give you some tips on that next time you're over. Padder has the right idea though. Try to do some quick rough sketches of stick figures in the poses you envision. Then fill in the detail later :D
