Where you feel the beast coursing inside of you? For the past few months I have been bringing my fitness back up to what it was and even past it. I had been ignoring my jog TIME and been focusing on the distance, you know worked myself up to like 3~4 miles, till about two weeks ago. Then I did sprints for one week then took a week break. This morning I felt like doing a full run and timed it. Holy shit... I brought my average 9 minute mile jog down to about 6~7 minutes with sprints~jog~sprints. A week of rest and the beast? When I pulled out my stop watch to stop it after jogging my mile... 5:27. Now I want to see if I can get it under five minutes. If I keep this up, Airforce boot camp will be a playground. Next thing I need to bring up is my situp speeds... Sure 120 is easy when you have 3~4 minutes... But for maximum bar fitness, I need to whop out an insane 70 in one minute. My top speed so far has been 53 in one minute.
