Artrage is a digital painting program. The brushes are very realistic and easy to use. There are just a few small things that I wanted to do and I can't seem to find a way to do them.

hmmm, i made a few brushes i use for fur there not ETEREMLY realistic, but from a good distance they do the job :3

i use it for doing sketches, for that, it's probably the best out there
for inking i still prefer vectors, so it's flash and for coloring, photoshop

i couldn't see any real use other than sketching for art rage

It's emulation of physical media is better than other tools I've seen. That's what I like about it.

well, yeah, but for cartoonistic approach it's not the best since artrage doesn't care about smooth curves and perfect lines but to make the tablet experience realistic =o3
though the stencils make repetitive things easy to do if you know how to use them, it's one of its best features imo
hands down it recognizes pressure and tilt the best and has the best tools to make stuff look "traditional"

I don't use that program but I did look at it for a little bit a while back and found a ton of tutorial videos on youtube, why not try those? Pretty much cover everything. ^^

While I'm sure the tutorials are good, watching a bunch of video tutorials to look for the answer to one specific question is super inefficient.

Just saying it might help if no one else can and most are labeled for what the vid is about :p
