Since I have to eat with my family, and I can’t stand being around people. I just have to shove all my food in my mouth and hurry back to my room so I don’t have a damn panic attack. ;A;
Last year I didn’t even eat, just so I could avoid being around them.

And I understand the social anxiety. My husband DMB's got high level social anxiety due to a number of reasons, and so does Connor. I'm used to having to order food for them both, speak for them both, etc when we're out in public. I'm hoping when they both get enough money to, they can get themselves medical tags. It would help diffuse a lot of situations when I'm not around.
So trust me, I get it. They luck out in that I'm a high functioning extrovert due to my own disabilities, so it syncs up pretty well :D
It took a while for me to get friends with emotional disorders and anxiety issues to understand that your job can not fire you or penalize you for having to take care of yourself to address those things. To do so is illegal.
It's why I'm thankful I work where I do. People understand and respect that stuff.
