Computer borked! Need help finding the right PC.

Heyo out there, sorry I haven't provided a whole lot of furry porn for you to furiously masturbate to! I'll get around to more soon. c:
But as of right now, I have a dilemma. My main gaming/study/everything computer just broke down. Motherboard is shot. Right after I poured a lot of money into getting a new power supply and video card. I need help from you tech-savvy people who may or may not exist, because I need to find a decent PC for a decent price. Like, under 600 bucks. It'd just need to have requirements for a low-end GPU to run on it so I can play TF2 and Skyrim (eventually. >>;), not some mammoth fuckmothering gaming pc.
If you can help and point me in the right direction, please do so. And don't just tell me go on Best Buy and look at different Black Friday things, it doesn't help.
