Kanye CAN make some good music, But is rare. Too much rap just takes the "hook" from a piece of art as an excuse to keep attention while bragging about ho's and money. Even Toms Diner by Susanne Vega isn't safe. Permission given or not, makes me sadface sometimes, even moreso that so many do not know what is being sampled, not that it is sampled.
