Well on the subject of paypal, I think I figured out my problem. To set up a Canadian account, you have to have a check or something and insert some numbers from your checks? And I don't have any.

So I actually asked my parents about it which was a bad move because they shot the whole paypal idea down and told me they didn't want me to 'waste' my money commissioning artists and said if I ever commissioned an artist they'd just take my money and not draw me anything.

And when I tried to explain that wasn't a common thing they just shot down my explanation attempts too.
