Before you say "not another Paypal journal" this is different

My story:
My boyfriend chaz owed me rent money, so i figured since I've had people pay me before on Paypal (for rooms for conventions) I'd have him pay me that way.

So Chaz tried to pay me rent money this week and it frozen(limited) my Paypal account so I couldn't access the money and get the money into my bank account in time to pay rent due on 12/1.
Paypal needed me to, change my password, setup NEW security questions, and send in proof of address.
I sent them my state ID proving i was who i said i was, it shows my parent address though. So i sent them my speeding ticket i got in NY that was addressed to my HOME AVE residence.
They still had my account on hold. And it stated they needed a utility bill from me. Since all utility bills are under Chaz's name i do not have one under my name.
They also gave me the option of having them call my listed number to verify who i am. Problem is they will not call cell phone number, only land lines. i do not have one (who does anymore?)
Finally had to call Paypal myself and get this sorted out. They refunded the rent money to chaz ( unfortunately it will take 3-5 business days) and took the hold off my account (edit: wait no they didn't. Have to wait a week)
This still does not solve the issue of how rent or bills that we need to pay.
FFFFF PAYPAL.
NEVER USING PAYPAL AGAIN!


Also does anyone know a way that my boyfriend can earn some quick and easy cash so that we are able to pay bills and rent.?
