That, and it's straight and to the point, not a daunting wall of 50+ questions about random things.

How did you come up with your character's name?

As lame as this sounds, I just started making up and writing down two to four syllable names not long after coming up with the character design (hell, this was at least a year before all that fat stuff started). I wanted to find something that wasn't a "real" name (like Mark or George), but at the same time wasn't some bizarre, hard to pronounce thing that sounded like it belonged to someone from another planet. Dayken was what I finally settled on. Alpha was just a remnant of my old AOL SN before the e-mail address got spoofed, wasn't going to be the last name, but since I never came up with one it stuck. Though considering how often people tend to put "!" after my name in con sketches, I've been considering changing it to that.

Of course, this is an odd little bit that might have had some unconscious effect on the choice. I was big on DDR at the time, and one of the most popular songs in Extreme (the newest release) was Daikenkai. By the time I noticed the similarity, I was already used to the name.

Since this response is sorta TL;DR, how did you come up with the name Odendo Brunti?

Mario or Sonic?

Mario. I've always liked Sonic more in terms of personality (at least up until the Adventure series), but even though the Mario series has a lot of odd detours (sports, board games, RPGs), it has yet to turn into an awful, fanfic-esque mess.
