the human ody is ment to only take soo much damage soo much strain so much exhaustion soo much lack of sleep soo much dieting. when you break one of these as long as the others arn't pushed too far or the single isn't too sever you can continue to push on. Now what i did was stupid i pushed my busted up body to wrestle harder, pushed my self past exhaustion, went harder and pushed my self harder with out any nessasary kind of sleep and finaly i've been trying to loose weight to drop a weight class. well my body caved on me at a really important time in practice and i couldnt' get up for 5 minates afterwards coach thought about calling the ambulance. when i finally got up my knee caved and i fell flat on my face and lay there wondering if i was gonna die my coach drove me home and i fell asleep than ate what was in my fridge iced my entire body in a bath and watched tv while i was in the bath tub relaxxed and ate more in the bath tub now im feeling cold all over but now im amazingly good ^.^ ice baths are hypothermic.
