Now I won't link the account of the person who did this, but it turns out some people get really pissy if you enforce rules that they agreed to when they registered on the site.

I'd like to apologize to  qoph for being the same species as this incredibly butthurt person who felt that the Acceptable Upload Policy was a violation of his "rights" and who protested by uploading a picture of his penis, scat porn, and repeated disturbing or annoying images. Ironically, judging from the user's profile, they had planned to actually be friendly right up until they learned the hard way that this website has rules, much unlike /b/.

If the world was a better place, maybe people would get that you have to be friendly in order to make it anywhere.
