I wasn't jumping on the PayPal hating bandwagon, until...

A header goes on your shoulders.
I logged in this morning to see that PayPal has decided that I conduct business that poses a "high risk of future transaction problems". What the hell? I have a 100% satisfaction rating on all of my eBay sales and I've never issued a refund or gotten complaints where my art is concerned. So, PayPal, you're telling me that I'm being punished for... what reason?
Apparently, the only way to get my money released any time before the end of the 21 day period is to submit a USPS/UPS/FedEx verified shipment. Except... some of the artwork I do isn't shipped out because it's digital or for locally based clients. Argh!
Needless to say, I'm pissed.
Is anyone else having this issue? Are alternative sites available?
EDIT:
I have set up an account at http://payments.amazon.com for those of you who no longer wish to submit payments via PayPal. It was extremely easy to set up and my whole account was verified in under 90 seconds. Amazon even has a special section for sellers of digital goods & service and nonprofit organizations that allows them to set up an HTML code enabling one-time payments, subscriptions, marketplace/shopping cart payments, and donations. Looks promising!
EDIT 12/9/11:
I used Amazon Payments for the first time yesterday and WOW! EASY! I got the money within 5 seconds of being told that it was sent at around 3ish on 12/8/11 (literally, all I had to do was refresh and there it was), AND it has already transferred to my bank account as of 9 am on 12/9/11. My client assures me that it was equally painless on his end, since he was able to set his account up in under 5 minutes and could use the credit/debit card he already had on file with Amazon.com. If you haven't done it yet, you should really make an Amazon Payments account.

Yeah. Paypal was recently a jerkasaurus Rex to me for the same reason. (Mostly because I started selling on Ebay) The biggest issues is if someone buys art from you and they mark it as "goods" instead of "services". If the product is digital, it doesn't need to be shipped, although the commissioner has notified paypal that it is a tangible item since they marked it that way.
They put a watch on your account because you take all kinds of stuff in, but never appear to send anything out.
When I was selling on ebay, they put a hold on the money for 21 days. I uploaded the tracking number, but I still didn't get paid until the buyer left positive feedback. If they didn't, I had to wait 21 days, even though the item had already been received within 3 days of payment.
I was doing some preliminary research and discovered that Amazon offers a payment option through their site. I've had an Amazon account for eons and I know that they're a reliable group, so I went ahead and set up a payment account with them. https://payments.amazon.com/sdui/sdui/about?faq
Yeah, I know.
They lift it eventually, so I wouldn't worry about it too much longer.
In other news, I decided to break it off with PayPal and take up a new relationship with Amazon Payments because they're actually really helpful to small business owners and privateers like me who don't feel the need to be hassled by PayPal for conducting business as usual.
I feel surprisingly better.
