Terms of Service:
By comissioning me, you agree to these terms of service.
Fisrt and mostly, after your payment is made in full or first half first, I make sure that you're comfortable with the picture you will be buying, this means that I will be showing you a rough preview sketch, and I'm able to make changes to it (as many as 3 per piece) in case you'd like some minor details changed, like expressions, clothing, position of the wings on winged characters, etc.
If a sketch is not of your liking, or you take up to 3 days to make your payment, I keep ownership on it and I can reuse it as a YCH picture or as I see fit.
Major changes can be made only once, since most of the time this means I will be drawing a new sketch from scratch. If you want any changes made, this is the only chance to tell me, since I won't be making any changes once the picture is being inked and colored, under any circumstances. I won't make changes to commissions that involve reworking or re-doing after the sketch was already approved. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT. I'M NOT MAKING CHANGES AFTER THE SKETCH IS APPROVED. I can consider doing changes depending on the situation but please understand.
If you comissioned me for a YCH picture, minor changes can also be made to the sketch, for example adding wings (unless stated otherwise). No major changes can be made to these comissions. I do not accept ych bids from accounts without information, profile pictures, submissions, newly created accounts or don't have any activity at all.
The payment must be confirmed in full before I start working on any piece wheter is a a regular comission or a YCH picture. I can decline to continue any piece in case the payment is taking too long (and I'm actually very patient with that, I understand things happen sometimes). I'll wait up to three bussiness days for your payment. If I don't get any word from you for a week, I'll consider your commission as cancelled automatically, and I keep ownership over the sketch.
I keep ownership of YCH sketches and promotional pictures, sold or not, and reserve the right to open a new YCH commission reusing the same picture, pose, general idea or sketch. I do not allow other people to use my YCHs, sketches or promotional pictures for recoloring, reselling, tracing or personal benefit in any way. I keep the rights to reproduce, reprint and resell all dakimakura designs I make as I see fit, including custom dakimakura commissions (mostly applies to your character Dakimakura, not to Rule 34 based dakimakuras, even if those were commissioned by you, but you have no ownership on the character depicted)
Payment must also be made via Stripe. I charge extra due to fees.
I DO NOT OFFER ANY KIND OF REFUNDS! Please, this is not up for debate. Under any circumstances. If you request a refund by any means (such as Paypal), you're being blacklisted.

If you're buying a YCH piece from me, and I don't get the payment for it within 48 hours, or if you don't note me/contact me at all, it will be resold, or given to the previous bidder. I'll note you before doing so.
Me, as the artist, can decline to draw certain things or refuse to work on stuff or certain characters, or cancel/close YCH auctions or their slots. You can also note me to ask if I can draw certain stuff for you. I'm a nice guy overall so I'll try to reply to all messages.
I like to make quality pictures as quick as possible for my commissioners. Usually your commission will be ready in 2-3 weeks, depending on my schedule. This may take a little longer, depending on the situation. But usually I don't take any longer than four weeks to complete a commission (please, if I do, be patient. Sometimes real life gets in the way, You'll get your artwork for sure!)
When the picture is completed, I'll submit it to my gallery on FurAffinity and/or crop it to post on my page on Facebook, you can request me not to post it (I still keep posting rights for the picture tough, if I see fit and depending on circumstances) This includes Hi-res and 4K versions of your picture for Patreon.
I don't own any rights to the characters I'm commissioned to work with. I keep full ownership of the artwork rights. I also keep the rights to edit, crop or rework any artwork for future use, merchandising or publishing.
It's absolutely forbidden to use my art for IA training or any IA related business.
Once you have your picture, you can submit it to your gallery on FurAffinity or any other pages, crop it to post on Facebook, print, or do as you please, it's yours! Just keep my signature/watermark on the picture or give me credit as the artist. We all know that erasing or cropping those is a dick move and no one will like you or give you presents in your birthday if you do.
