Anthropomorphic Roleplay Forum

So....I'm making a furry roleplay forum.
I KNOW, I KNOW. IT SOUNDS LIKE A TERRIBLE, FRUSTRATING, AWFUL IDEA.
I KNOW.
But I'm doing it anyhow because CHALLENGE ACCEPTED.
Really, I want somewhere to play that isn't full of smut and badly developed characters and all that bullshit. AND I'M SURE THERE ARE OTHERS WHO WANT THAT, TOO. Because...seriously. There's not a lot of quality on any anthro/furry roleplaying places I've seen. It's really depressing.
This ( http://furrality.b1.jcink.com ) is what I've got done so far. No, I have no intention on the design being overly ~~~furry~~~, because it doesn't need to be. I have a good portion of the topics done, but I'm making a 'how to create your character' topic and I need to write up how species flaws will work and how they should be worked into ones character.
Worst case scenario, it's a board that only me and my friends play on. Whatever. But a few folks ona RP directory I frequent are interested in the concept, which is nice to see because folks outside the fandom will probably bring very different ideas and concepts to the table.
But, to those of you who roleplay (in any form, through any venue), do you have any suggestions in regards to this. Would those with anthro characters be interested in roleplaying there? Would those who aren't ~~in the fandom~~ be interested in playing their anthro characters there? Am I doing a good job of not making the place feel/seem obnoxious with ~~furriness~~?
(the answer to that one is 'yes', by the by~)
Opinions, suggestions, even complaints! I'd like to hear them. I just really want to create a place where people will LIKE to play their furry characters and not have the stigma of the fandom attached to it as heavily.

FA+

However, anthro or furry RP forums/journals are difficult to come across and are rarely worthwhile (in my person opinion), so I think it'd be really awesome to get an established place going that's flexible, but still quality.
If you're looking for stuff outside of furry fandom based RP, try checking out places like RPG Directory, Caution 2.0, Red Carpet & Rebellion, and A Thousand Fireflies. All have roleplaying directories, but I would highly suggest RPG-D, as it has the most easily navigatable/readable layout and, admittedly, it's my favorite. XD
And thanks, I'll check out RPG-D. I am pretty wary about RP with strangers, though, but if I can find one with a good set of well-enforced rules, I think it would be a lot easier to get into.
