Oh, I literally feel your pain. I have the exact same reaction to spider bites. That's why I am terrified on anything that bites or stings. :(

I had my fist ever tick bite last week, couldn't figure out what i was feeling on the back of my arm, figured it might be a loose scab and ripped it off -.-

fecker stung for 2 days, i can only imagine how bad a spider bite can get

Ripping off a tick may leave its head buried in the skin.
Have someone check directly to be sure the wound is clear.

yeah my boyfriend took care of it for me, cleaned it out and hit it with some rubbing alcohol a few times =3

I'm not all that sure. Tiny little buggers been getting in through cracks in the windows. Can't bomb due to the complex only allowing their company, and they have to bomb whole building, which they won't do. Also can't seal the windows cause, well, apartment complex would bitch about that, too.

First time I've been bitten since I've lived here (over a year now), and there's only a month left on the lease, so I'm not all that worried.

yeee... :s well that sucks.. but good thing your lease is coming to an end, hopefully your new place will be spider-free or that you can kill the suckers xD

I know. x_x Think I've found the perfect place, too. $400/month, $200 down, appliances included, nice neighborhood, close to boyfriend's work, garage, fenced back yard. I'm crossing my fingers that it has some form of A/C, and at least a furnace.

Oooh! exciting! Ill keep my fringers crossed for you too :3 Even if it doesn't come with A/C you can always get one those stand up ones ^^ then you can move it around.
