Funny how I stumble across this journal, I'm playing Oblivion RIGHT now, and I'm in the Shivering isles, of all places

Its a beautiful place alright. Especially when you go to the highest top and watch the sunset/sunrise. Im running it at 1920*1200 with extra texture packs and all on maximum (got an SLI rig). Its a stunning game visually, but the game mechanics and rpg aspects are pretty bad. Level adjusted enemies are just a big no-no when you do rpgs.

But its fun to play and thats what matters.

EXACTLY. Though I play it on my 360, I still love that game.

and I'm SO glad I borrowed that Shivering Isles disk, now I've got the Knights of the Nine armor and Duskfang/Dawnfang... The only problem now is I've beaten the shivering isles, so I've kinda lost the will to play again T_T
