New Wacom Bamboo pressure won't work. HELP! PLEASE!

So my old trusty Genius Tablet died. My awesome dad got me a Bamboo.
As much excited as I am right now, The pressure sensitivity doesn't seem to work. a real bummer I say.
I tried on Photoshop CS3. The shape dynamic is set to "pen pressure" but there's a triangle with a "!" inside near it. (Like a Warning sign.)
So I suspect that PS CS3 might not detect my new tablet.
I'm using Windows 7.
I disabled "Tablet PC input service" in the Windows. ( To prevent the program from interfering with my tablet. )
I tried re-installing the driver. Still doesn't work.
Now I don't know what to do... There's no other way to test if the pressure is working at all. I only have CS3 to test it with.
but I'm pretty sure the hardware is fine. It worked fine on some test-program when I purchased it.

20 USD for ink and flat colors without bg.
25 USD for an inked and quick shaded (cell or soft) artwork. No fur detail. simple background.
30 USD for fully colored with fur detail. With my best shot at shading and my best background.
+2 USD for each extra character. :D
+2 USD if you'd like me to add bg for the "without bg" quality ones.
For character sheets,
20 USD for 1 full body flat color.
+5 USD for each extra view of full body flat color ( like back view or side view )
+2 USD for each close up details. ( like paw shot or head shot or tattoo detail )

You mention you tried re-installing the driver, but did you try seeing if there was an upgraded driver on their website?

That happened to me every time i start ps after connecting the tablet to the computer, but it solves when i change the order owo i'm not sure if it's going to work on yours, but don't loose nothing on trying i wish u luck with the problem!
