Yeah, you gotta afford gas and bills, not to mention fooood. Do they not respect you on a daily basis or once in a while? And how many hours got cut may I ask?

yeah main thing is college bill and they want me to buy tools to work there but they are not cheap. and no i pretty much get shit on daily there is seems like work makes me really depressed most days lol. and i went from about 45 ours a week to 30 hours

I can see buying for tools for college classes or something, sounds understandable.

If your treated like this and feel depressed resulted by it, you have the best reason to talk with your "boss". Depending how long you worked there, its probably good to look at other opportunities that can give you a fresh start, but you might start at a lower wage in the beginning. (which sucks)

I worked 7 hours when I had a job, but 9 hours a day sounds like a good way to rack alot of cash in a week. I can see why your mad about that, good luck on changing your boss' mind, its not easy to get hours back. Keep us informed what happens next.

i have worked there for close to two years now and it cant get much lower pay wise i make 8.75 a hour lol

I always thought you made a lot more. Throw those applications out there and see what else you can get. You might have to juggle 2 jobs for a while til you decide where you want to stay at.

Nope I mean the guys that are flat rate make 22.50 a hr but not me cause I am still in training and I would look at going somewhere else but my situation is weird in that I am still in school so I am gone from work six weeks at a time when I have class and me working is part of a school grade so the places I can work is limited kinda. But once I graduate in june if things don't get alot better I will end up walking
