Shadow Broker DLC is so awesome, though I think I like Overlord a liiiittle better thematically.

Overlord made me cry and I found it very dramatic and well put together - but for me Shadow Broker just made me glee all over the place with the interaction there. Probably more so because of my relationship with Liara. They both were very good, just in different places.

Shadow Broker overall was the better DLC, yes, but Overlord really fucking killed with the geth ship and the entire Alpha Station at the end. <3 It was like Mass Effect meets System Shock.

Have you ever seen the nonstandard Game Over if you let David finish the upload in the final fight? It's... upsetting, to say the least.

Well, I was put off by it for being a shooter. But then a friend of mine finally got me to try it out, and it wasn't anywhere as bad as I thought. Wasn't even really like the shooters i've seen. Then the story got me and it was over.

As for Krogan, well, I want to draw everyone. I love all the alien races and even the people. it's probably one of the few games where humanity didn't annoy the hell out of me...and I love my Shepard so much. But anyway, Wrex is awesome and so is Grunt. I've done like one sketch face of a krogan but i'll have to see how they come out when I draw them in pencil.

Then I shall just anxiously await.

But I get motion sick with non-onrails FPS games. Dx

It's weird, I usually get horribly motion sick with games like that (WfC did make me sick) but Mass Effect wasn't as bad as I thought, and wasn't really even in the area that the other games i've seen work when it comes to shooters. The only time I got sick was when I had to sneak around on the last DLC I had to do, The Arrival, and it was just me trying to see around corners and basically sneaking around with the character on screen. I was focusing to hard, basically. LOL

How odd. I don't get motion sick with 3rd person shooters like WfC or FPS games that are on-rails like House of the Dead. It's just the free roaming FPS games that do me in. It's horrible!
There's so much hype around Mass Effect and I can't play it! The same with BioShock. Do want! *CRIES*
Oh well. It can still be fangirled over. :3

LOL there is always watching the walkthroughs as well...though it takes away a lot of the YOU emphasis. At least for me. I'd say just rent it and see if it messes up your brain any - it's A LOT easier on the eyes then Bioshock that is for damn sure.

Mass Effect 1 is different then Mass Effect 2 as far as shooter part goes. I'm terrible at explaining these things with games so, I shall pretend I know what i'm talking about.
