Awesome People and Close Friends Part 1

Hello again everyone,
So... After a few life experiences, months of therapy and general interactions between family and others; I have come to the conclusion that I cannot put up with the bullshit of higher authority. "But Ducky, that's every single one of us, and we just suck it up and deal with it every day." Well for me... I have a very hard time sucking it up. If someone does something stupid, or expects me to do something stupid, I will call them out on it and tell it as it is. This gets me in trouble a lot... And after a year of therapy, I conclude that there is no way for me to put a MUTE button on myself...
HOWEVER! After a long time in therapy, there is ONE solution that has been suggested to me that i can see as reasonable, and with a good credit score, i could possibly achieve. That is: Staring my own Business
Yes, In order for me to be able to stop dealing with BS from higher authority, I have to BECOME the higher authority. My Therapist originally suggested that when i do look for work again that i apply for a job with a manager position; the problem with that is it just becomes a tier issue: Even though I am a "Manager" there is still a manager above me that i would still have to deal with that would probably want something stupid. So the ONLY way for me to be able to mentally sane, is to become the boss of my own company!
"Hey, that sounds like a pretty good idea Ducky! What kind of business would you open?" Now THIS is where i need your help ._. I may have a ton of great story ideas and such, but when it comes to opening a business, I have NO idea what is even in demand, what can be profitable, or even if i can do it x_X
"Stories! Why dont you just write a book and sell it? :)" Trust me, i would LOVE to be able to make writing books a full time career xD Unfortunately due to ongoing mental breakdowns, my writing abilities can go out the window in an INSTANT, and sometimes im not able to write for MONTHS x_X So the idea that I'd be a new author with no books out already trying to make a living off writing doesn't seem plausible at this point >_<
"Well you have your Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering? Why not start up a small IT company?" To be honest, the IT industry is about 50% of the reason for my mental collapse. With experiencing it for roughly 3 years, I can tell you that the stress is WAY too much, and I just no longer enjoy it... As much as i could probably do freelance programming, i just lack the willpower to want to even do it anymore...
"So What kind of things are you good at Ducky?" Well, what i really am good at that i enjoy doing is Driving. I really like to just be able to sit in the drivers seat, turn up the radio, and drive around. I have been seriously thinking of starting up a business, just as myself (Or maybe even a couple friends too) where i can buy a pickup truck, and be able to use it as an everyday work vehicle doing jobs.
SO! Can you guys help me out with thinking up ideas for a company where i can just drive a truck around and not have to worry about some bitch manager? This is for the big city, Toronto ON, the GTA. Need ideas for a kind of company that is in demand in the city o.o
IDEAS:

I've been fired a consecutive 8 times so far, the worst being that the manager threw the fist first. I laid him out on the floor where he slept a good 20-30 minutes.
If you enjoy driving a good idea would be to try a moving service (even though you'd have to lug furniture as well) Big cities mean lots of people moving around especially students.
1. teacher - bachelors degree in computer engineering with 3 years of experience? you may have to deal with lots of todays youth, but maybe youll love it? if so this is always a possible field
2. consultant - if you can get a reputation as "a go to guy/girl" you can make considerable amounts of money just being asked questions. "should we go for a larger user interface or spend our money on the hardware?" blah blah blah.
3. entrepreneurial stuff - ever go to a town and hit EVERY salvation army store buying up all the expensive suits you find and selling them online for 50%+ of their normal cost? i once got 1300 dollars worth of suits for 20 bucks....brand new.
4. artist? you could start doing your art for a higher commission rate and do it full time. you seem to be popular enough to start off pretty big. though this isnt for everyone obviously since its stressful.
5. webcomic. ever want to make a long standing story? after you become popular you get paid by having ads on your site, ect ect, it takes a fairly long time to get established but sooner or later it does pan out to a job. if you stay diligent and caring to the readers.
6. ambulance driver? taxi driver? tow truck? meter maid? drag racer, street sweeper, mailman..
...mailman? that sounds relaxing. driving around all day putting mail in boxes i vote mailman
7. advertising. some people are paid simply to drive around ALL DAY in a car with a giant sign on the top. or towing a giant sign. i see them sometimes, that sounds fun.
8. tutor - art, or generalized whatever you know how to do. high pay and they listen.
9. personal art lessons - someone on fa was doing this earlier, spending an hour with an artist for 50 dollars or so to teach them the basics in a group art chat thing with voice chat.
10. merchandising - make stuff and sell it. those ducky things are SO cute, i kinda want one. would you be able to design potentially awesome things and sell them? even if you dont make them yourself designing them is the important part here. drawing designs and concepts (i love doing that) this works with decals and shirt designs also
11. way more but ill stop here XD note me if you want more~
Also, no matter what job you do to a degree you will be working for other people: artists draw for commissioners, truck/ rig drivers deal (and are somewhat at the mercy to) the companies they deliver for, taxi drivers deal with tons of idiots being assholes in a hurry, etc.
Recycle pickup I don't suggest: in the areas I know its done its usually by the company that does garbage collection. It'll take a LOT of time driving the entire area to pick it up and you most likely won't make back more then what you spend in gas.
One suggestion would be getting a dump truck: a distant relative of mine started White Construction http://www.whiteconstruction.com/home.htm years ago with one dump truck and they now own the largest Crane in the States. This, again, is going to take a while to get you a good income and you'll still be working for someone else on their schedule. (also for individuals who want dirt etc moved around.)
"Boss of Me" its a guide for women starting businesses, but its just all around solid anyway.
"The Art of The Start" A guide for starting anything, including businesses.
"Achieving Excellence Through Customer Service" my business BIBLE it informs everything i do with my clients.
Hope these help!
Also, "I can do anything I want, if only I knew what that was" by Barbara Sher is great for figuring out what you want to do and going for it!
State Sanctioned Brothels.
We'd all like it.
The gooseneck/5th wheel delivery does happen, I've seen a few ads on job sites for it. Don't know how many are independent operators though, nor what the Canadian market looks like.
