From the looks of things, SOPA may pass in short order. For those who haven't, I urge those who follow me to look at this page here.... even if you're not in the USA as this can effect the world as a whole.

A quote from an email I got from the site - The House Judiciary Committee will likely pass the Stop Online Piracy Act THIS Thursday. Once the bill moves out of committee, the House can pass it at any time.
If this bill does pass, I will never watch another movie, paid or otherwise.... or any TV what so ever. I will cancel my netflix account and close everything else I have accounts with for any mass media. I urge those who watch me or read my journals to do the same.
Mass media wants to send us a message that they can control us....when we're the ones with the money. The less we watch, the less we buy, the less they will get in income.
I may go even further by ending my subscriptions to things like WoW and Steam...even though these two things aren't really directly related to this bill.
