Padding malfunction

So I padded up last night, and before I went to bed I noticed that one of the tapes on my diaper had popped off the back. This totally confused me, because I wasn't taping it any tighter than I normally do, so I didn't get why it did it. That's where duct tape comes into play I guess.
Has this happened to anyone else?

Only when I tried to tape them too tight. but the usually just un-stick, they rarely separate from the back.

I might have taped them too tight without really noticing, but yeah usually they just un-stick. I was pretty surprised when I noticed it totally separated.
