This is mostly geared toward one person, but I figured I'd tell everyone just so there is no confusion.
I added "PLEASE DO NOT THANK ME FOR FAVORITES IF I'M ALREADY WATCHING YOU!" to the top and bottom of my profile doodad.

Again, I'd like to stress that while this is geared towards a single person this is not meant to covertly tell them they've been bad. I have been meaning to add it for quite some time.
