Was nervous about this one as I thought I might have put some back on after my sister's engagement do on Saturday - though I thought I was quite good on watching what I ate from the buffet :)

Total weight loss for Month 1 (of a 3 month period): 21lbs

The first month has flown by, there was the initial weigh crash during the first week, but I'm happy with the slowly-but-surely approach, bring on month two *happykittydance* ^^
