Graveyard fireflies
embers in flight
How many souls will you guide
tonight
to the other side.

The warriors are awake now
those for victory fought
and those for naught.

do not leave them in the dark
dear fireflies,
take them
to the place where they
will see the sun rise again

Graveyard fireflies,
embers so bright...
be here with me tonight
and safely take my beloved
across
to the care of the great divine
