Make sure you get the number to halt your cards from being used,

in other words, call the bank and ask them to stop transactions and tell them the situation

I did that after I knew my wallet has been stolen.
It was happened in 2:30 - 4:30 am. So i presume they cant used it. I report to the bank at 7:30 am
- still too early to used my credit card. - all my credit card has been block
- probably they can used my ATM. but i have checked to my bank. the last transaction was happened in 9 Feb 2008. Thats my transaction. - my 3 ATM card has been bloack
- I didnt used prepaid cell phone provider. maybe they can used it. but when i try to call my cell at 7:00 its not active - i have some code to reactivated my cell phone. so i guess it save - Solved i got new sim card
- The other cell phone used prepaid. but they didnt used it. - solved I got new sim card
- 2 Cell phone - they can easily sell it - not solved yet, I have money problem since last 3 month so no chance i will buy new cell phone for this time
- My Car ID Card - not solved
- My driving ID - not solved

It's always good to see that someone knows what they are doing and has their priorities in order.

Crime is a consistant problem in my country. One of my greatest fear is having my phone and wallet stolen. So much personal stuff on my phone and its a major chore to replace the stolen cards.

Geez that's terrible. :/ Based on what you told volkcolopatrion it sounds like you've gotten most of your personal personal effects replaced. Still sucks though. :( And I imagine in Singapore or anywhere it's pain in the ass to go to the DMV. Good luck.
