why do you need training to open a bag.
And what do you mean "training to open a bag."
The teachers need training in order to know how to properly deal with a child instead of just shoving them in a so-called "therapeutic bag"
But the problem is that the public officials paid to educate and care for the child placed the child IN the bag.
