Apparently, at some point within the last two days, my Paypal account had been limited.
I was never informed that it was limited (checked my spam folder too, just in case). But I did get a notification that the limited status had been removed, and asked to take a survey.
I am now thoroughly confused.
They also requested tax information from me a couple of days ago (my tax ID number). I know I have neither reached the 200 sales or $20,000 total payments limit this year (or probably even totally for the $20k).
But yeah. o.o Generally, I am clueless as to what happened.

I'm thinking maybe someone limited my account accidentally and then immediately lifted the limited status. In any case I forwarded the "fraudulent email" to their spoof address. Nothing was taken from my account, sooo... yeah/
