The generation that is coming up won't remember 9/11 it will be a legend to them, to us it was reality that still haunts us to this day. They won't remember a war that tore us apart for many years from each other, they won't remember our pain when we saw two towers in New York go down, nothing of that will be remembered but it is for the better. That was our tragdey as in 1947 it was Pearl Harbor and in the 1980s it was the AIDS epidimeic and today it's our post-9/11 Post-Katrina Post-Obama world. They won't know of the hardships we faced in the days after. For us that do remember like it was yesterday we will forever remember because that is the day our lives changed. The day when we all stood still in horror as we Americans were under attack. Never again will this happen we say but we all know now that it could.
