Coming from a comedic songwriter (genius), I was amazed by this when I had first heard it. It's wonderfully brilliant. And really touching.
And so I hate it. Because I know precisely what he's singing about. And this Christmas it kinda hurts, while for the first time ever I'm tens of thousands of kilometres away from all my family back in Oz.

To those of you who are able to spend Christmas with family, do me a favour: Try to not underestimate your good fortune.
