I'm just gonna upload trouble tickets in journals, as their is no point in compiling a huge list of techis when all you need to do is watch to see the trouble tickets. This will also probably motivate me to sign in more. I'll be leaving a sticky note on my desktop to remind me to sign in daily because I always forget this account exists. Blargh.
