First off, merry Christmas one and all. I'm sure there's at least one person who reads these journals. I got a lava lamp this year. I've always wanted one. It's currently sitting on my desk warming up for the main act. I also got a couple of books (Lemur by Tom Bradley and Going Bovine by Libba Bray), a gift card, and yet another t-shirt with a wolf on it. Oh, and an external flash unit, a Yongnuo YN-560, if that means anything to you drawers and painters out there. Can't wait to get out and start playing with it. And I have a little gift coming for myself...

As for myself, I feel the same way as I did when I last made a journal. I feel tired and weak and figure that I need to sleep and eat more. I've been sending out job applications but haven't gotten any bites yet. And come Tuesday I plan to get an appointment with a local councilor so I can have someone to talk to about what's going on. Hopefully, things will get better from here.
