Finally, this day is over. Now it is time for everyone to return to their regularly scheduled nonsense already in progress.
Seriously though, I dislike 25 Dec. I did, however, spend a few hours of it with cianthefur which was awesome. I gave him Rommel, one of my plushies. I told him that he would love and hate it all at the same time. He didn't understand why he would hate it until he smelled it. I was sleeping with it for a week to get my scent on it. :Ð
When I got back down to the springs I hanged out with
shadow-da-wolf and 
palmerhusky. Cool people, cool story. :3
Anyways, that is over with. Tomorrow I will be hanging out with my mate and in a few more days I will do something I rarely do, celebrate my birthday. I have decided to move the date to 30 Dec to better accommodate those that can't show up on the 29th. If you are interested just shoot me a note and I will tell you where to meet. I think maybe 1900 (7p) or so will do. If you are coming, you do not have to bring gifts and I would prefer you not to.

Fun fact: The current view and ideal image of Christmas as a holiday of celebration, family, generosity and "white christmas" that is widely and prominently celebrated is in a massive part due to Charles Dickens' "A Christmas Carol." The popularity of the book saw a huge revival of Christmas, which was previously suppressed by Puritanism. To Dickens it was personally a very important book for it's strong moral message.
How would you feel if there was an event you really didn't want to be a part of and others kept bugging you and then made derogatory comments when you voiced your disdane of the activity. I am certain you have experienced this more than once in your life. Have some empathy. [/rant]
Also I meant that "fun fact" sarcastically, knowing your disdain of this holiday I didn't mean that as a literal "be nice and accept christmas" thing, I had more the intention of "the holiday you hate so much can be traced to one stupid book written by an overly-optimistic author"
