Well the first day of the motor is over me and my mate are beat. If you don't know he got a 90 mustang convertible and the previous owner had " rebuilt" the motor, man he did it vary wrong i think the heads are out of plane and it has a bad head gasket and a clogged oil pick up. the good news is there were no changed on this block for a long time so everything he has bolts back up ans thats good the motor we have is out of a 1977 Thunderbird and it has a carburetor were changing the motor to EFI and it going smoothly the old motor is out we pulled the trans off it so thats all good. Some advice if you ever buy a car off craiglist Never buy anything where some one said they rebuilt the motor there are too many hack job mechanics out there or if its some ones hot rod well theres a reason there getting rid of it or if its cheap. im just glad we can fix the problem on the cheap one thing about ford is parts are easy to get and the 5.0L has been around for a long time so parts are cheap any how i hope we can get the motor dumped back in and working by the next day if not this is gonna suck
