You can do Oshawat or its evolutions.

For the moth you can make her eyes fully black and her antenni can be like leaves. Her bod can be good because mothes are fuzzy so you can have fun with that.

It can b any from up to the new generation

I usually give more ideas but this generation of Pokemon aren't that interesting to me.

but i don't have too much ideas

and for pkemos i only knows the ones from the first generations, i don't like too much the new ones

maybe some mews or a bellsprout ( because they are all so unloved poor things X3 ) or a togepi owo

As for the moths...I love moths...I actually have a lunamoth character, hehe~ His eyes are completely black and his wings are behind him like a cape...Hes got a bunch of fluff around his neck and big fluffy antennae. I draw most moths like that~ Hope that helped any. ;w;
