SCREW IT!!!

Yep..pretty much. Bah.

The tracking number would have done me some good if he's actually given it to me! But no..he posts it way after the fact (It was marked as delivered on the 15th) he didn't give me the number until I asked for it on the 23rd. Of course the carrier isn't going to remember the package that long after the fact. He was in error and the whole thing ticks me off.

Well, it could have been a postal mistake...which is most likely why Ebay went in their favor, BUT, it was also his mistake because of his bad shipping practices. He never gave me the tracking number until I asked for it over a week after it was late. Well there is no way the post office is going to be able to track it that late, or my postal carrier remember something she delivered 10 days prior. If he'd given me the tracking number from the start, I would have known the day it was late and had a much better chance of doing something about it. So it was a post office error but he's also to blame...but either way I just feel screwed.

I thought about disputing it with paypal too though.

Try a paypal dispute? I've heard they tend to take the buyers side, almost to a crazy extent.

I tried it and they still sided with him because he has the tracking number. At this point, I'm in such a bad mood..I'm just trying to put it behind me.
