lion cubs playing

I am most definitely going to have to look up a picture for this one. I’m going to do this one after I finish my new years sketch I’m working on. Your idea is honestly too cute to pass up!

I started with putting pictures onto the canvas, created a new layer and traced over it. The first layer is usually a sketch so it'd be good to use a light colour (I use light blue). The second layer can be finalised by using black to draw the solid picture. If you were to use black on black then you wouldn't be able to tell the difference. What program are you using?

Sorry for the late reply, but I use SBX and I do use a light color(pink) for my initial sketch, I really dont like tracing, although I’ve done it before, it just doesnt feel right to me.

Can't say I've tried Sbx. I've only ever used SAI and Photoshop. Anyway, like almost everything else, take time to practice and you should develop a natural feel to it. :)
