Awww that's a shame, don't let it be a set back, maybe you could slowly reduce the amount you have instead of trying to quit straight away.
Meanwhile it's done already, and I'm confident again. :3

Ich habe auch vor 4 Tagen mit dem rauchen aufgehört-auch alleine...und ja es ist hart..... aber ich hoffe diesmal werde ich es durchhalten.... also,wie du siehst, ich leide mit dir
