Long story short, 3DS broke, sent it to Nintendo, they couldn't completely recover the memory, so I got a new friend code :3

It's cool! It's all fixed now! Didn't lose any data other than Friends list, Streetpass Mii Plaza, and activity log, really. The downloaded games were all fine! I'm just hoping I remembered to add everyone! >.<

Alright, on the 3DS friends list, go to the far left, and hit the settings button, right next to the "Register Friend" button. There's an option to delete a friend card, or something along those lines...
