Does it only show a black image? Or does it appear at all on the thumbnails section?

It could be a fault with the site. It's done that to me before. See if it's OK after a few days.

Images fail to display if the upload's filename contains foreign characters.

This seems to be the case, as several other users encountered this problem, too, and uploading files with only alphabetical or numerical characters fixed it.

The website does not properly support non-english character sets, unfortunately.

Your work will need to be re-uploaded with supported filenames, if you wish for it to display, sadly...

There is one work around other than this, but it only works for viewing image pages, the small previews on the image pages and userpages will not display correctly...

確かにサムネイルが表示されませんね。ファイル名に日本語か全角を使われましたか？
というのも、以前、私の友人にも同じ現象が起こったのですが、”ファイル名を日本語にしたものを一番最初にアップしたことが原因”と結論づけたのです。
（リネームし、アップしなおしても、その絵のサムネイル表示の不具合は解消されませんでした）
もし当てはまるとしたら、一度アップしたものを削除し、再度投稿するのが早いかと思われます。

半角アルファベットのみならば・・・ちょっとわからないです
