It is for all my WORKS IN PROGRESS, GIFTS, and stuff I am just banging off as practice, as well as photos, and art from others.

~ BEGIN ~ Well I have just booked my hotel for VanCouFur, March 9 - 11 in Burnaby, British Columbia (just a couple blocks outside of Vancouver).
This will be my first official convention since that disaster at the US boarder on my way the 2008 All Fur Fun in Spokane, WA. Not a camping trip, not an oversize furmeet, but a real convention, so as some of you might have guessed, I am REALLY looking forward to this.
ART AND DRAWING
I will be getting a table to do some drawing, and if I can set things up right, I will even try streaming my art from there if I can. I will take pre-orders for sketches and badges, doing a rough of the sketch for you now to finish in your book when I get there, the badges I will just do now and give to you there of course. (So I guess my next step would be to make a price sheet... Though I am thinking badges will be about $10, taxes included.) Please take advantage of this as I can be a VERY SLOW artist at times.
To get used to drawing again, I will be trying to stream more between now and then. I am hoping to ever start once I post this journal.
HOTEL AND LODGING
I have the room for a Friday (March 9) check in and checking out the Monday (March 12) morning. I may check out Sunday instead if it ends up just being me, but if I get enough people I willing to start Thrusday night as well to get a jump on the fun and sketching.
Soooo the question is.. who wants to be a roomie? Rooms are $119 per night PLUS taxes, which I know is a bit much, but shared 4 ways (give or take) will be okay. As I said, I am also willing to get the room for THURSDAY NIGHT if people want to get the room early and share. My best guess says it will be about $35 per person per night if there are 4 people in the room and $45 per person per night if only 3. (Solve for 2.)

I am still looking for more though; I would like to have 4 people in the room.
If anyone rooms with me for the 2-3 nights (or more) will get a free badge from me if that helps sway your mind. I will also have extra blow up mattresses and pillows and blankets.
FOOD AND CONSUMABLES
To help stretch my budget while I am at the convention, I end up buying some sandwich fixings and snacks on route, at least I have at the US conventions, so if anyone wants to get in on this, let me know. I might just end up making a tone of sandwiches (baloney, ham, PB&J, etc) as well as bring in some pudding cups and Doritos...
I have done this most conventions, and those of you who followed me home from ALL FUR FUN that one year and stopped with me at the park for lunch will know what to expect. Nothing fancy, but just good easy to prepare nom-noms.
UPDATE JAN 6, 2012:
I have paid for my attendance and that is it, but the way things are going for me, I probably will go home each night. I will keep the reservation for now, but I am just not holding my breath any more.. This day just has been too shitty for me.

I don't know about this Thursday night. I'm coming to Vancouver with a group of people; I'm not sure what day we're leaving on. We're not... very well organized Maybe one of them would want to crash there, too; I dunno Let me know what you're doing!

I hope you still want me in your room :3 It's just me though. I'm in for Friday and Saturday, but my group goes back on Sunday night, so that all I can take. Do you still want me? Do you still have sandwiches, because I hear those are tasty
