Battlefield 3 and MW 3, RIP Mass Effect

Well it was only a matter of time before I sank my teeth into these 2 shooters, and let me start by saying what has happened to shooter games?? There was a time where realism did not matter and that multiplayer was only viewed as a suggestion and not the main focus of a game, and there was a time where the story or campaign felt like there was some real effort put into it. The story in MW 2 feels like it has more plot holes than a mafia victim, and the one in Battlefield 3 forget about it! If it wasn't evident at this point, I HAAAAAAATE these 2 shameful shams of shooters, in fact they don't deserve to be called shooters, more like "massive wastes of money shooters."
Now, onward to something that I thought to be the most retarded thing EVER in the history of games. Multiplayer in mass effect!! Yup. They are putting the disease that is guaranteed to ruin a game into the one franchise that had an epic story. Really EA? Really? Putting something that has proven time and time again to kill a games good name by adding this horrendous feature. It happened to Assassins Creed, Dead Space, Bioshock, etc. So, without further delaying it, may you rest in piece Mass Effect for you are now dead to me...

The point is that whenever Multiplayer is introduced into a game, the overall quality of what the single player had quickly deteriorates. It is always the same deal. Either have single player only and get good ratings, make a single player game with multiplayer in it and sacrifice one for the other (either have a bad single player and a bad multiplayer, good single player bad multiplayer, bad single player good multiplayer)
Please don't screw this up, Bioware. We had a good thing going. Please don't ruin it.
Why can't developers learn from Skyrim? If your single player is compelling enough, consumers don't care if you have a multiplayer aspect or not.
Mass Effect has 3 modes, shooter, story, rpg (actual game) so people can choose what they want and only get a partial of the games experience, purchase now to get your DLC.
After reading a little page of information from an person who worked at EA and had such loving things to say about Bioware, Mythic, and EA themselves, I highly doubt I will be continuing my adventure in Mass Effect, or any other EA games considering they are raping Dead Space as well for the third one.
Shhnnnnnnkkk!
