What true friendship means to me

A friend is someone, I enjoy to be with.
A friend is someone, I'd share a meal with without hesitating. (meal stands figuratively for many things)
A friend should be someone, I share at least one interest with.
A friend is someone, who would stand by me if I get in trouble/sick or just in depression. (and vice versa, of course. This is most important!)
A friend is someone, I can trust.
A friend is someone, who is able to listen and who i can talk about life, share expieriences etc.
A friend is someone, I wouldn't forget, even if we get seperated for years.
A friend is someone, who I can forgive, and I would always leave a "bridge of reconcillation" after a conflict.
A friend is a person who comes and won't judge a flower by its color.
A person who will never give up on you.
A person who will comfort you when storms of tears are in your mind.
A person who will just have some fun with you and give you a good laugh.'
A person that doesn't mind expressing their happy or sad feelings to you.

It's my personal definition. Everyone may have a different.
"Nobody is perfect!" - Everybody can (and prolly will) make a mistake now and then.
"There ain't just black and white" - ... and friend or not friend. There always is some finer gradation and a process of becoming friends.
And a friend is certainly not what you gain, when you click on "+friend" in any social network, or any stranger who asks "Can we be friends, pleeez?"

A good friend is invaluable.
I didn't make that up right now. A few months ago, I intended to make a missing persons' journal, to ask if anyone knows about the whereabouts of Rallow... Back then I was pondering about what to write in that journal, and that is how I came to this definition. Because I'm considering him as a friend. I did, and I will do.
Yes, he may have broken up the contact, but hey, nobody is perfect. And a good friendship endures such things.
Due to my usual irresoluteness, I never actually wrote this "wanted journal". But lucky this problem is solved already, thanks to you! :3
By the way. What's up with Will? Haven't seen him for the last 3 weeks. I hope you sended him my bestest new year wishes.^^
Awww that's really nice. I'm glad that you managed to get back into contact with him, it's been a very busy time. The thought makes him feel very special hehe. And of course it does and it's all the more better when you come back into contact usually.
At them moment we've got exams coming up so we're both a bit hush hush at the moment, it's been very busy at christmas and new year with some of his family visiting too. Also he's looking after me because I'm miserable and ill lol.
He's the all seeing ninja. xD
I'm sorry it took a while for him to return, it actually took him a year or so of going out with me to conjure up the courage to tell me he was a furry. x3 It's no biggie really haha but a lot of things are a big deal to him so I understand why it took so long. He saw your email and told me about it and I said that he should definitely reply. I know i'd feel just as bad in that situation, especially considering you were a really good friend of his too. D':
