Things i need to improve:
art quality
Art Speed
consistency of art mood
is there a way to get rid of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome? I seem to have it due to the combination of Depression and Stress. How'd i find out? constantly falling asleep, even though sleeping for long hours i still feel with lack of energy sometimes.
I feel like I must continue to try to improve my anatomy, shading, depth, etc of my art... I will continue doing self studying but still...

FA+

And just keep improving your own way, theres not that much I can say needs to be worked on really
I thought insomnia was the inability to sleep.
As for the art speed and mood, I think that's mostly up to you. I say that because I've tried a fair amount to try and help you but to no success. (sometimes) If I would give 1 more advice about it it would be this: When you wake up, if you have a "small goal" for the day it might make your days better. A small example of that could be this: Tomorrow, you could try to just sketch out something of your liking.
as to depression and stuff? idk if this works for you but some things that always work for me
1) talking to my friends...my really close friends....it always puts a smile on my face
2) RP....but that's just me
3) video games...violent ones...pretend you're going u against or beating the snot out of what's making you sad ^^
Art speed. Now this is different for everyone ( of course you already know that.) you just need to relax and focus , keeping focus is a heart task mostly all the time for me , but this isn't about me this is about you. So what you do is find something , that makes you greatly determined and use that as a focus , and never lose sight of it. And once you master your focus you should be able to pump out mass loads of art.
Ah, now mood this a very difficult subject indeed but yet a good one. some times your far to upset to draw, but perhaps you should use that as a motive to draw! relax and pace yourself by getting some fresh air, and don't forget to listen to music why you do so. Also taking warm hot baths and drinking green tea can really relieve the stress load, just find your happy place basically what I am saying. And ignore no matter how hard it is all the things that bind you.
All of the above is all about training your mind once you find the right training you will definitely see results.
For sleep? If you keep sleeping and are still tired, I believe it was already mentioned that you might have sleep apnea... I'll put in the vote for potential hypothyroidism too.
And overall, just chill the fuck out. You worry over things you ought not worry about.
PS - Unblocked.
just try to be stronger than our fatique as you said.
My bad English is bad so I could LOL some phrases.
Your whole art is good like selfmade cake, sandwich, pies, tea and something, something with good video games and songs :3
Final verdict:
don't sleep more than 8 or 9 hours, art is one of the best, happy late christmass and new year ,and have a nice day in all realms (real world and virtual world)
1. Do not allow yourself to sleep more than about 8.5 hours a day. Sleeping too much or too little only makes you more tired. Your body is meant to get 8 hours of sleep. Any less can damage your body as it will not get the proper time to recover from the previous day. Any more and it starts losing energy, thus making you more tired. Viscous cycle.
2. Routine. Establish a daily routine. Mine is usually bed at 10, awake at 6. Your body has an internal clock. If the clock is not stable, your body cannot function right. Some people are able to get their clocks to run at obscure hours, as in the case of third shifters. It may not seem like its making a big difference early on, but as your body adjusts, it will have a huge impact.
3. Exercise. Running thirty minutes a day or every other day will keep your body moving. Exercising also helps to relax your mind, thus easing stress. Stress is also eased if you allow yourself to just get absorbed in the activity. For those thirty minutes, disconnect yourself from the world and all of its troubles. When you finish, you will find your mind is working a lot clearer and everything is just easier.
Solving your energy problem will fix pretty much everything else.
You sayed you sleep a long time, maybe its to long. If I sleep to long i feel all sleepy too.
And if you feel low on energy. it might help to go out and do a sporty activity, so the bloodstream shifts a gear. (from sitting around alot and such it might run into a low level energy mode if you liek to image it that way... with probally makes you feel sleepy. But when i return from gym i usual feel more awake as befor thanks to givng the body some movement.
I dunno if any of this applies to you, if you tryed one of this two out or want to. but its an set of ideas thrown to you. maybe the be a bit helpful.
